This website is operated by H Beast Holdings, LLC ("Nic Drip," "we," "us," or "our"). The website is informational only. We do not sell products, accept orders, or process payments through this website, so no returns, refunds, or exchanges can be processed through it.
Retail Purchases
Nic Drip products are sold exclusively through authorized distributors and retailers outside the United States. If you bought Nic Drip from a store or online retailer, that seller's return and refund policy applies. Please contact the seller directly with any return, refund, or exchange request.
Product Concerns
If you received a product you believe is damaged, defective, or not genuine, please contact your place of purchase first. You may also contact us at info@nic-drip.com. Please include:
- where and when you purchased the product;
- the flavor, nicotine strength, and batch or lot number from the packaging; and
- photos of the product and packaging.
We use these reports to support product quality and to identify counterfeit products. Submitting a report does not create a right to a refund from Nic Drip.
Wholesale and Distribution Orders
Returns, refunds, credits, and replacements for wholesale and distribution orders are governed solely by the written agreement, invoice, or terms of sale between Nic Drip and the purchasing business. Unless that agreement states otherwise, all wholesale sales are final.
Wholesale buyers are responsible for inspecting shipments on receipt and reporting any shortages or damage within the time stated in their agreement. Buyers are also responsible for complying with all import, labeling, and sales regulations in their market. Products refused, detained, or seized because of local regulatory requirements are not eligible for return or refund.
Counterfeit Products
Products bought from unauthorized sellers may not be genuine, and we cannot assist with returns or refunds for them. If you suspect a counterfeit, please report it to info@nic-drip.com.
