This website is operated by H Beast Holdings, LLC ("Nic Drip," "we," "us," or "our"). The website is informational only. We do not sell products, accept orders, or ship products to consumers through this website.
Consumers
Nic Drip products are sold exclusively through authorized distributors and retailers outside the United States. If you bought Nic Drip from a retailer, that seller's shipping policy applies. Please contact them directly with any questions about delivery, tracking, or shipping costs.
Wholesale and Distribution Orders
Shipping for wholesale and distribution orders is arranged directly with approved business partners. Shipping terms, including carriers, delivery timelines, shipping costs, Incoterms, and transfer of risk, are governed solely by the written agreement, quote, or invoice for each order.
Unless that agreement states otherwise:
- wholesale buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and clearance charges in their market;
- wholesale buyers are responsible for obtaining any import licenses, permits, product registrations, or approvals their market requires;
- delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or regulatory authorities; and
- we are not responsible for shipments refused, detained, returned, or seized because of local regulatory requirements.
No Shipments to the United States
Nic Drip products are manufactured for export only. We do not ship Nic Drip products to any destination in the United States.
